It's only been a month since left home but a lot has happened. I have went travelling before but it's very different now. I have veered away from the party seen and am in a mindset of doing a lot of exploring in new places that I have never been. In order to do this I really had to get outside my comfort zone. Picking up my backpack with all my gear going on a  three day hike in the blue mountains, a place I have only been to couple times, was nerve racking. Was I going to get lost? Have I developed my skills enough to this? Well as it turned out I was more then ready. It's really just a matter of not questioning yourself and going with your instinct in what you feel is right and make you happy. We all strive in pursuing happiness and know what provides that happiness yet we always walk away from opportunities that are presented. Why? Well we tend to get in a zone of comfort rather easily. When things are going great and easy why not keep going that direction right ..? NO ! When things are good and easy you have to continously find ways to push yourself and get outside of what your good at. It won't feel right at first but the feeling of accomplishment later  is undescribable. I find myself looking out for other people while travelling that will help me do this on a daily basis. This is extremely helpful for the few times when I am feeling unmotivated.
So far I have zero complaints and loving the life I live. I am working for accomodation at a hostel and whenever an opportunity presents itself I leave and go explore. All this alone time (hiking travelling around etc) has strengthened me mentally and physically.  Self development is key as if you don't learn love yourself and feel comfortable alone you won't ever be able to build a legitimate friendship or bond with anyone else as you will always feel insecure. Overall I am going in the direction I want with my life. Taking life day by day not looking back unless it's going to help me improve on what I am about to do and not looking to far forward so I can appreciate everything I am doing and the beauty I am surrounded by. Safe travels and adventures to all :).
